B2.Five Acid Rain Agurts Military 88th Sand Laurel LA4S4 Review Gallery

Our friends from B2.Five allowed us the opportunity to review the newly released Acid Rain Agurts Military 88th Sand Laurel LA4S4! This beautiful mechanized suit mirrors its 1:18th scale counterpart in both look and play features. The difference from its predecessor is its ability to interconnect pieces from other B2.Five Acid Rain offerings (sold separately) thanks to its modular design.

The 88th Sand Laurel LA4S4 comes complete with:

  • Main Cab/Body
  • 2 Arms – One with an articulated hand, the other a Pulse Rifle.
  • Cannon with Ammo Belt and Ammo case (can be mounted elsewhere thanks to the included mount)
  • Pilot with Weapon
  • 2 Ports (to connect modular pieces to/from other Acid Rain offerings)

We’ve assembled a gallery of nearly 50 images of this amazing new offering for you to check out, so make sure to read more below. You can get your own Laurel today at the B2.Five Shop or right here: WAVE 2A – 88th Sand Laurel LA4S4 set

The Urban Playset By ReadySetz

CobraIsland’s illustrious leader J.D. came across this rather interesting playset from ReadySetz. It’s a large, fold-out diorama style playset with what appears to be a ton of playability. The main structure features 2 Detachable Ramps, 1 Transforming Helicopter Pad and 1 Detachable Water Tower! The ReadySetz Facebook Page has a ton of detail regarding the playset, but we decided to instead share images direct from their website for you to feast our eyes on. Check it out –

Not only does this playset appear to hold a ton of play value for kids, but looks to be a home run of those of us that like taking pictures of our toys. This Diorama seems to have a bit of everything and I may have to pick one up and see it up close and personal for myself. We’ve mirrored a video showing the playset in action, so make sure to join us after the break to check it out.

What are your thoughts on The Urban Playset by Readysetz? Is this something that you would add to your collection, or to the collection of your little one? Join us for discussion already in progress on the Cobra Island Forums

Marauder Task Force Roleplaying Game Kickstarter Campaign Cancelled

Disappointing news to share this morning – Last night, word came out thatthe new Marauder Task Force Roleplaying Game campaign on Kickstarter was cancelled. The campaign was sitting just above 25% of it’s funding level and with only 2 weeks left to go, it was apparent that ends would not meet.

We salute Marauder John and all others associated with the project. I’m sure with a few tweaks here and there, this campaign can one day rise like a Phoenix.

What are your thoughts on the cancellation? Share them with us after the break on the Cobra Island Forums.
