Boss Fight Studio provided more details, regarding their upcoming Con Exclusive Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S. figures!
Hey Boss Fighters!!
Con season is right around the corner and that means we will have some great opportunities to get out there and meet some new friends and get the word out about BFS and Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S.
Our first con of 2016 is New Jersey Collector Con in Cherry Hill, NJ on April 3rd. We’ll be there to answer questions, do sketches, and talk toys.
Most importantly, we’ll be selling our first line of product! So if you missed our Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S. Kickstarter or Pre-Sales then you’ll have to come see us and get your collection started!
NJCC, of course, has the first Con Branded Exclusive with their Ultimate Spartan only available at the Con.
WHAT?! Toys for sale, Con Exclusives, and cool company?!
But wait, There’s more!! NJCC will be the first time our 2016 con exclusive Eternal Struggle two-pack will be available to the public.
If you can’t make it to NJCC, the Eternal Struggle two-pack will also be available on Bossfightshop.com on April 3rd only.
So we hope to see you in NJ and stay tuned for more 2016 con announcements!
Hey Boss Fighters!!
Last week we announced our first con of the season being NJCC on April 3rd. Well, here’s our next big con-season announcement.
Boss Fight Studio will be setting up at MEGACON in Orlando, FL May 26-29!!
This is our first time at Mega Con and our first sojourn down to the Sunshine State, so hopefully we’ll see a lot of new faces and some familiar ones, as well. We’re super excited to be making the trip down there and spreading our influence to more unsuspecting collectors. We’ll be doing sketches, talking toys, selling figures, and gossiping about the ancient Greeks…You know the ones!!
We’ll be selling our 2016 Convention Exclusive Eternal Struggle 2-pack at the con as well as on our website that weekend.
So, mark your calendars and hold your breath because we may have a few surprises in store for those of you that can make it to our booth.
Boss Fight Studio posted an update on the estimated time of arrival for their Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S. figures, as well as the pre-order date!
Arrival timeline and Pre-Orders!
In this update, we’re going to talk about Kickstarter timelines, pre-orders and shipping!
The timeline we have from our factory right now – barring any delays – has the entire production run arriving by early February. Our current goal is to have all Kickstarter orders shipped in February. We’ll be receiving the production run in two parts, the first part in late January. We will be shipping it to backers in two shipments as well, so you can get your toys as early as possible!
We’ll be opening up limited pre-orders for all waves of Series 1 Carded figures, Skeletons, Pre-Curse Medusa, Tartarus Guard, Blanks and Accessory packs on 12:01 EST, Monday December 7th! If you missed out on the Kickstarter and want to be among the first to receive your V-HACKS figures, don’t delay! If you’re already a KS backer, and you want to buy additional items in the pre-order, that’s awesome, but please be aware that we cannot combine shipping on KS items and pre-order items. Pre-Orders will be shipping mid-March to give us time to be sure all of the Kickstarter backers have received all of their items.
Kickstarter backers, we’ve still got a surprise in store for you! Each KS backer above the $30 level (if you got one or more figures) will receive a surprise free figure to thank you for your patience! We’re so grateful for our backers that you’ll be getting a new figure that hasn’t been seen anywhere yet!
Please note, at this point all of the money from the Kickstarter has been used to pay our vendors for production, this means that we are unable to offer any Kickstarter refunds.
Thanks for all of your support!
PS: All the below photos are near-final production samples!
Dave and Catrina are returning from an extended and successful trip to meet with our factory and approve final samples before we start production. We’re extremely encouraged with the high quality of samples we’re seeing, and can’t wait for you guys to have them in hand. We’ll be announcing formal dates shortly and opening up limited pre-orders for those that missed the Kickstarter!
Images behind the cut! [You can see the images in the link above.
We also got a look at the transparent purple skeleton!
One more update for tonight – the leftmost skeleton in the previously seen group pic will be a clear purple tint instead of the smokey tint.
We have amazing news to report, and lots of fantastic pictures to share. Catrina and Dave’s trip to Hong Kong and China is going very well. The factory has prepared samples of every item for inspection and many are 99% ready to go to full production. It’s not hyperbole when we say that these are some of the best factory-applied decos we’ve seen in our careers! We should have solid delivery dates and pricing announcements soon. We’ll also begin taking pre-orders soon for those of you that missed out on the Kickstarter.Until then, enjoy the pictures. There is stuff still to tweak, but overall, we’re absolutely thrilled with what we’re seeing and hope you will be too.
(Emphasis by Ultra Magnus because he really wants that Euryale figure, and he’s very excited!)
