Acid Rain World Abaddon Reborn Trooper Short Story Now Online

The Acid Rain World not only has an impressive catalog of characters, but a rich backstory as well. Our good friend Kit Lau has done an amazing job in bringing the characters from his World to life.

Today, via the Acid Rain World Facebook Page, readers were treated to a backstory on one of the Abaddon Reborn Troopers. Here’s a snippet from the post:

Piloting ranged SAs only require one to pull a trigger, but to pilot melee combat SAs require one to possess superb skills and reflexes. Seasoned in all sorts of combat arts, Douglas believed this was his chance to shine, a shortcut to the top. Therefore he, much like everyone else, took part in the SA games hosted in the Tartarus arena, and the result did indeed rewrite his life.

The Space Scientist is part of the 1:18th scale of Acid Rain World offerings and is exclusive to the United States. The figure is highly articulated, with exceptionally flexible joints and includes Removable Robotic Gloves and a Removable Space Helmet. As with most new(er) Acid Rain offerings, the Space Scientist also includes a heavy duty storage case, keeping your investment safe from the elements and invading enemy forces.

OriToy Acid Rain World 1:18th Scale Display at C3 AFA 2018 HK

For you fans of 1:18th scale Acid Rain World offerings, no worries, there’s new items on the horizon for you as well! Our friends Kit Lau and OriToy are in attendance at C3 AFA Hong Kong 2018 and they’ve brought a few new pieces with them for you to check out! The Acid Rain World Facebook page have given us our first look at a wide assortment of amazing product on the horizon. We’ve gathered an assortment of images, so brace yourselves, as here we go!

Although you’re familiar with most of what was shown at the OriToy display, there were 2 new pieces that you’ll definitely want to check out!

The first is the Rescue Laurel “Emergency Response” Mech. It’s painted in white & orange and includes a Pilot. It’s very reminiscent of the Uncle Kuno version and will fit in nicely with your Civilian style Laurel collection.
Next is the Airborne Laurel LP2m. This Laurel is so cool, as it includes a Parachute Pack with thrusters that not only gives the Laurel Mech a helmet and parachute, but it also detaches from the Laurel, allowing for independent play.

B2.Five Acid Rain World x VOTOMS Crossover Display at C3 AFA 2018 HK

Our friends Kit Lau and Beaver Company Ltd. are in attendance at C3 AFA Hong Kong 2018 and wow, have they stolen the show! The B2Five Official Instagram page & Acid Rain World Faceboook page have given us our first look at a wide assortment of amazing product on the horizon. We’ve checked out both the Omanga Army and Agurts Army displays, but wait until you get a load of this! The Acid Rain World is crossing over with VOTOMS to give us a 1/28th selection or Armored Trooper offerings! Armored Trooper VOTOMS is a military science fiction mecha anime series and a perfect compliment to the modular B2.Five Acid Rain Offerings. Included in the initial assortment are:

The Omanga Army aren’t the only squad to gain quite a bit of armor, as what was on display for Agurts Army is beyond impressive! B2.Five Acid Rain World Omanga Army Display at C3 AFA 2018 HK

First up, we take a look at the extensive offerings for the Omanga Army. It looks like the Omanga Army is coming out of the gate swinging with the introduction of the Omanga Synchro exoArmor (SA), HADES! This beast of a machine has fans behind excited to see what the full color version will look like, as it definitely appears as though it transforms! New B2Five SA Hades reveal at C3 AFA 2018 HK

Our friends Kit Lau and Beaver Company Ltd. are in attendance at C3 AFA Hong Kong 2018, highlighting their new project showcase.

Revealed via the B2Five Official Instagram page is the new Omanga Synchro exoArmor (SA), HADES! This new armored platform brings a welcomed adversary to the Acid Rain World Front Lines. From just the teaser image, this piece looks like a BEAST! We’ll be sure to bring you more news as it becomes available!

B2.Five Acid Rain Agurts Military K6 Jungle Stronghold ST2k Review

The new B2.Five Acid Rain line from our friends at Skronex and Beaver is set to launch this coming Wednesday, September 27, 2017. In anticipation of the launch, we’re pleased to bring you reviews all weekend long of the first wave of figures from this fantastic new line!

We here at Cobra Island have been in love with the Stronghold ever since the Acid Rain line first came on to the scene. In reviewing the K6 Jungle Stronghold, you’ll immediately note that this is nothing like the 1:18th version: The green here isn’t weathered, but bold and vibrant. The articulation, as with all B2.Five offerings, is absolutely incredible.
